Do you only do dogs and cats?

  • We can design a portrait for any animal no matter the species or the breed. So far we're created unique masterpieces for dogs, cats, birds, horses, micro-pigs and even hedgehogs!

 

Does is matter what's in the background of my photo?

  • No this shouldn't matter. Don't worry if there's a lot of stuff in the background. Obviously it's better if it's a plain/clear background. But don't obsess over it too much! It really doesn't make much difference.

 

Can I see the artwork before it's printed?

  • Yes you can. All customers get to preview their artwork and request any changes before printing. We'll email you once your preview is ready.

    To see your artwork preview, log in to your customer dashboard.

 

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we ship to all countries worldwide.


How much is shipping? 

  • Free shipping on all products! Limited time only!!


How long before I can receive my order?

  • All orders generally take 3-6 business days to be created and shipped.

  • Transit time estimates are shown below:
    USA: 3-5 working days
    CA, AUS, UK: 5-7 working days
    Europe: 5-10 working days
    Rest of world: 10-15 working days



How can I check the status of my order? 

  • Check the “track your order” page.

 


What forms of payment do you accept?

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apply Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal.


My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

  • Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours receiving the order, at contact@thepawcasso.com Please provide us with your order number and some photos of the damaged product/s.


I received incorrect item/s. What should I do?

  • Please contact contact@thepawcasso.com within 48 hours receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.


I put the wrong email address on my order, please help! 

  • Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Pawcasso will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

 

 

What's the return policy?

  • As your order is 100% unique and custom made just for you and your pet, we do not accept returns / refunds.

    If you have a problem with your order, let us know and we'll fix it for you.

 

 

How can I cancel my order?

  • If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hours.
  • If 24 hours have passed, the cancellation will be granted at our discretion. This is because our artists often begin work as soon as you have placed your order. If your artwork has already been created and you request to cancel, we will charge a $10 fee to cover some of the artwork costs for your order.
