How it works

We've made the ordering process incredibly quick and easy.  Pet owners often have their hands full, so it was important to us to make the ordering process very easy.

STEP 1 - PLACE YOUR ORDER
• Choose your portrait style.  We have portraits for both male and female pets.
• Upload your pet's photo using the upload button on the product page.  Make sure your photo follows our photo guidelines listed below!
• Add to cart and place your order.

STEP 2 - CREATE CUSTOM PET ART
• Our expert designers will create your custom pet portrait with care and attention.
• We use proprietary design techniques, transformative photo editing and professional blending processes in our design house to produce your canvas. We don't paint from scratch.  We are a digital design team.
• We will perform internal quality control to ensure that your pet artwork is absolutely perfect.

STEP 3 - PRINTING AND DELIVERY
• We will print your animal art masterpiece onto the product you have chosen.
• Once we have carried out a final quality check, we carefully package your order and send it to your doorstep.
• You will receive your tracking number for your package as soon as it is available.

PHOTO GUIDELINES - PHOTO TIPS FROM OUR EXPERTS!
• Take the photo(s) of your pet  at eye level with your camera or phone.
• It is better if the animal is  looking for the camera.
• Try to get a close-up, so  we can see  your pet's unique features.
•  Outdoor natural light always results in the best shot.  Try to avoid bad lighting!
• Avoid uploading blurry photos.
• Make sure no ears stick out of the frame!
